We are fortunate to have Bhai Surjeet Singh & jatha doing keertan sewa on Friday, 27th August 2010 from 8.00 pm - 9.00 pm. He is currently visting Sikh Study Circle Gurdwara Sahib.

Sun, 29th Aug - In Memory Sukhmani Sahib, Bhai Niranjan Singh jee for Regular Deewan
Friends and family of Deepak & Dimple Eidnani will be doing Sukhmani Sahib paath at SEWA Gurdwara Sahib, in memory of Roma Eidnani (mother of Deepak Eidnani) who passed away on 24th August 2010 in India.
Samooh sangat is kindly requested to please join the grieving family in prayers for the departed soul

Sangat is requested to please participate in the Sukhmani Sahib paath and later in the keertan deewan, langar & take guru jee's kind blessings

09.30 am - Tea & Breakfast
10:00 am - 11:30 am - Sukhmani Sahib by samooh sangat
11.30 am - 12.45 pm - Keertan Deewan by Master Niranjan Singh jee
12.45 pm - Smapti followed by Ardaas & Langar


Gurpurab Celebrations - First Prakash Diwas, Guru Granth Sahib jee

Heartiest Congratulations to samooh sangat on this occassion. The sayings of our Guru is a beacon of light,It ingrains virtuous deeds deep into the mind We will have a special deewan on Wed, 1st Sept 2010 from 7.00 pm - 9.00 pm.


Further we will continue the celebrations on Sunday, 5th Sept 2010. We will have Bhai Sawinder jee from Washington, DC doing Gurbani keertan. Samooh Sangat is requested to please particiate in the gurpurab celebrations and take guru jee's kind blessings

It can help us solve problems and overcome difficulties of all nature; worldly or spiritual. It is the utmost important spiritual tool in the life of a Sikh. There is a small workshop organized to understand the history, signifcance & correct pronunciation. We will also do a practice session in small groups & learn ardaas. Everyone, is highly encouraged to participate in this work shop

05.00 pm - Sodar Rehraas, followed by Langar

 


Sun, 12th Sept - SEWA Gurmat & Punjabi School re-opens

SEWA Gurmat and Punjabi will  reopen after the summer holidays on Sun, 12th Sept 2010. Punjabi School is keenly looking for volunteers - either as a class teacher or a substitute teacher. Kindly let us know if you would like to volunteer for that
